Job summary

Stefanini, Inc. is seeking a Deskside Technician II in Midland, MI to support IT equipment in a large corporate environment. You will handle desktop/laptop tech support for Mac and PC, manage Windows 10/11, and assist with mobile devices, printers, scanners and VPN.

Responsibilities include IMAC work, equipment repairs, ticketing, documentation, and after-hours support as needed. A+ or MCP certifications are a plus; high school diploma required.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting Mac OS, Windows OS, Microsoft Office, smartphones, AV conferencing systems, printers and PC hardware.
• Able to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism.
• Experience supporting remote facilities and users.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• PriorITIL/ MCP or similar certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support IT equipment in a large corporate environment.
• Provide desktop/laptop tech support for Mac and PC.
• Administer Windows 10/11 operating systems.
• Assist with mobile devices, printers, scanners, wireless, VPN.
• Perform IMAC: Install/Move/Add/Change of IT equipment.
• Maintain repairs, spare parts, and components.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues on Windows devices.
• Manage data backup, restoration, and migration.
• Provide on-site and after-hours support when needed.
• May assist at other client locations.
