Job summary

Stefanini is hiring a Sr. Deskside Technician in New York to provide hands-on IT support for Mac and Windows devices in a large corporate setting. You will manage hardware, software, printers, and mobile devices, while ensuring seamless access to VPNs and AV conferencing systems.

Responsibilities include IMAC activities, asset management, and after-hours support. A High School Diploma is required and the role is full-time, on-site in NY.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting Mac OS and Windows OS in a corporate environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and mobile devices.
• Familiar with AV conferencing, printers, scanners, and PC hardware.

Responsibilities

• Provide deskside IT support for Mac and PC in a large corporate setting.
• Install, troubleshoot, and repair hardware and software on Windows devices.
• Support mobile devices, printers, scanners, and wireless networking including VPNs.
• IMAC: Install/Move/Add/Change IT equipment and maintain assets and spare parts.
• Research, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical incidents and requests.
• Maintain system configurations, documentation, and knowledge base articles.
