Job summary

Stefanini is seeking a Deskside Technician II to support end users in a large corporate setting in Plano, TX. The role covers Mac and Windows OS environments, printer and device support, and on-site IT assistance in a fast-paced team.

The candidate will perform IMAC tasks, maintain asset records, and troubleshoot hardware/software issues. On-call and after-hours support may be required, with a comprehensive benefits package and ongoing training opportunities offered.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting Mac OS and Windows OS, plus Microsoft Office and printers.
• Ability to troubleshoot PC hardware and basic network concepts.
• Experience supporting remote facilities and users is a plus.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform in a corporate environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide deskside/ end-user computer support in a large corporate setting.
• Support Mac and PC hardware, printers, scanners, and mobile devices.
• Perform IMAC (Install/Move/Add/Change) tasks and asset management.
• Troubleshoot software and hardware issues and document resolutions.
• Maintain system configurations and documentation in the ticketing tool.
• Provide on-call support and after-hours coverage as required.
• Assist with executive support and other duties as assigned.
