Job summary

Stefanini, Inc. seeks a Deskside Technician II to deliver hands-on IT support at a large corporate site in Boynton Beach, FL. You will manage Mac and Windows desktop issues, printers, mobile devices, and user data migrations within a structured support environment.

You’ll document configurations, assist with IMAC tasks, and work through a ticketing system. On-call duties and potential executive support may apply.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Experience supporting Mac OS and Windows OS.
• Experience with printers, AV Conferencing, and mobile devices.
• Ability to research and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Deskside/Desktop support in a corporate environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Support IT equipment in large corporate environments.
• Desktop/laptop tech support (Mac and PC).
• Maintain system configurations and documentation.
• Track and resolve incidents through the ticketing tool.
• Provide on-call and after-hours support as needed.
• May provide executive support.
