Job summary

Stefanini North America and APAC is seeking an IT Deskside Support Technician to join our on-site team in Auburn Hills, MI. You will provide deskside and remote support for Windows and Mac devices, printers, AV conferencing systems, and mobile devices in a large corporate environment.

Candidates should have a High School Diploma and hands-on experience, strong communication, and the ability to work after hours.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting Mac OS and Windows OS in a corporate environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
• Experience with printers, scanners, AV conferencing systems, and mobile devices.

Responsibilities

• Provide deskside IT support in a large corporate setting.
• Install, move, add, and change IT equipment (IMAC) and maintain configurations.
• Assist with backups, data restoration, and device migrations.
• Track incidents and requests using the client's ticketing tool.
• Maintain asset inventory and documentation.
