Job summary

F2Onsite in Savannah, GA seeks a Desktop Support Technician to provide on-site IT assistance for a large corporate environment. You will handle Windows 10/11, Mac devices, and mobility tools, ensuring smooth operations across multiple sites.

You will perform IMAC services, backups, migrations, and maintain systems and documentation, while participating in after-hours support and on-call rotations as needed.

Qualifications

• Provide IT support in a corporate environment.
• Support Windows 10/11, Windows PCs and Macs.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, printers and network issues.
• Perform imaging, deployment and data migrations.
• Maintain accurate configurations and documentation.
• Participate in on-call rotations and after-hours support.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve desk-side IT issues for end users.
• Track incidents and service requests in the ticketing system.
• Support mobile devices, printers, scanners, and VPN access.
• Support executive-level users when required.
• Travel to client locations to provide on-site support.
