Job summary

F2OnSite seeks a Desktop Support Technician to provide onsite IT support in a large corporate environment. You will install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and other end-user tech with a strong focus on customer service.

The role may require after-hours support, travel to nearby client locations, and collaboration with infrastructure teams. A healthcare/corporate setting experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting Windows and macOS in an enterprise environment.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and peripherals.
• Experience providing technical support to remote users and distributed locations.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; IT certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite desktop/IT support in a large corporate setting.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows and macOS devices.
• Support VPN, wireless networks, and peripherals.
• Perform IMAC services for end-user hardware and equipment.
• Track incidents in the ticketing system and maintain asset records.
• Deliver after-hours support and travel to client locations as needed.
