Job summary

HumanTouch, LLC is seeking a Tier II Deskside Technician to install, configure, troubleshoot, and repair desktop/laptop hardware and software, mobile devices, and peripherals at multiple Maryland locations, including College Park, Silver Spring and Rockville. The role requires hands-on hardware/software support, device peripherals, and strong customer service skills.

The successful candidate will document issues, follow SOPs, and provide both on-site and remote desk-side support, including

Qualifications

• Demonstrated customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
• Experience with PC/desktop/laptop hardware and software support.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, troubleshoot hardware and software for desktops/laptops and mobile devices.
• Support printers, scanners, and peripherals.
• Document all problems and follow SOPs; provide on-site and remote desk-side support.
• Assist with COOP exercises and events; provide virus/malware and data recovery support.
• Work at multiple MD locations with on-site visits and occasional after-hours/on-call coverage.
