Qualifications

• Candidates must be able to diagnose, configure, and install common applications.
• Experience with installing and removing desktop PCs and monitors is required.
• Familiarity with installing and configuring inTune MDM applications is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic Deskside Services including install, move, add, changes (IMAC).
• Provide software support for low complexity problems on customer PCs.
• Assist customers with problem identification and resolution.
