Qualifications

• Candidates should be able to diagnose, configure, and install common applications.
• Provide remote support for O365 on workstations and mobile devices.
• Perform basic Deskside Services including installation and configuration.

Responsibilities

• Install, move, add, and change (IMAC) PC setups.
• Provide software support for low complexity issues on PCs.
• Assist customers with hardware or platform-related problems.
