Job summary

A leading IT staffing firm is seeking a Deskside Support Representative to provide essential technical support services including diagnosing, configuring, and installing desktop applications. Candidates should be familiar with Windows and Apple operating systems, as well as provide remote support for O365 applications. This role requires the individual to assist customers directly with hardware and software issues. This position offers a 5-year engagement in Glen Allen, Virginia.

Qualifications

• Candidates should be able to diagnose, configure and install common applications.
• Remote O365 support skills including inTune MDM application.
• Familiarity with Windows and Apple operating systems.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, configure and install desktop PCs and monitors.
• Perform software support for low complexity problems/issues.
• Provide hardware support at the Customer’s location.
