Qualifications

• 7+ years of Deskside Break/Fix troubleshooting experience in larger corporate environments.
• Experience with current MAC OS and Microsoft Windows OS.
• Ability to support a variety of mobile devices including Apple and Android.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, configure, and install applications and desktop PCs.
• Perform software support for low complexity problems on personal computers.
• Provide on-site and remote support for executive end users.
