Qualifications

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and other common software applications.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, configure and install common applications on desktops.
• Provide remote O365 support on workstations and mobile devices.
• Perform basic Deskside Services including IMAC and configuration.
• Provide software support for low complexity problems on PCs.
