Job summary

Stefanini, Inc. is seeking a Deskside Technician II in Plaquemine, LA to support IT equipment in a large corporate environment. You will handle desktop/laptop support (Mac and PC), Windows 10/11, printers, mobile devices, and VPN, with IMAC responsibilities and asset management.

Qualified candidates will have A+ certification and hands-on troubleshooting skills, along with familiarity with ticketing tools. The role may require after-hours support and potential executive assistance.

Qualifications

• A+ Certification required or equivalent.
• Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) preferred.
• ITIL Foundations knowledge beneficial.
• Lean Six Sigma familiarity is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide deskside IT support in a large corporate environment.
• Support Windows 10/11, Mac and PC devices, printers and peripherals.
• Perform IMAC (Install/Move/Add/Change) tasks and asset management.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and document resolutions.
• Maintain configurations and knowledge base articles for incidents.
• Work with ticketing tools to track and resolve incidents and requests.
• Occasionally provide executive support and after-hours assistance.
