Job summary

Stefanini North America is seeking an on-site IT desk-side technician to support a large corporate environment in Costa Mesa, CA. You will install, troubleshoot, and maintain Windows and Mac devices, printers, and mobile gear, while keeping asset inventories and documentation up to date.

You will work with tools like ServiceNow and Office 365, communicate clearly with users, and participate in after-hours support as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting Mac OS and Windows OS in a corporate environment.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a large, global service delivery context.
• Experience with ticketing systems and KB articles.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site IT equipment support in a large corporate environment.
• Troubleshoot Windows and Mac hardware and software.
• Maintain system configurations and documentation.
• Track incidents and requests through the ticketing tool.
• Assist with mobile devices, printers, and peripherals.
