Responsibilities

• Provide on-site end-user IT support for BST staff.
• Deploy and image laptops for staff and configure hardware.
• Support laptops, desktops, and mobile devices.
• Maintain conference room technology and collaboration tools (Zoom Rooms).
• Record issues in ServiceNow and communicate status to users.
