Job summary

7-Eleven is seeking an IT Deskside Support Technician to provide advanced support for Windows and macOS desktops, laptops, and mobile devices. You will troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues for internal users, including executives, across multiple locations.

The role involves managing endpoints, onboarding, imaging, and ITSM documentation, with a focus on customer service and professional support. Requires 2+ years of relevant experience and an Associate's degree or higher.

Qualifications

• Associates/2 Yr Degree required or equivalent IT experience.
• 2+ years of relevant desk-side support experience.
• Proficiency with Windows, macOS and enterprise apps.
• Certifications such as A+/Network+/Security+ are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1/2 deskside support for Windows and macOS devices.
• Support iOS and Android devices and VPN connectivity.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues for end users.
• Maintain ITSM documentation and asset records.
