Qualifications

• 2+ years in implementation, onboarding or SaaS roles serving SMB & Mid Market clients.
• Strong project management and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication, presentation and training skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the customer onboarding process from handoff to go-live and payroll stabilization.
• Build implementation plans around first clock-in, payroll periods, training requirements and deadlines.
• Lead kickoff, setup, training and client payroll activities.
• Maintain timelines, responsibilities, risks and customer communication.
