Job summary

Connecteam is hiring an Onboarding Manager in the United States. You will guide new customers from partnership handoff through onboarding, payroll go-live, and initial payroll cycles.

The role combines project management, system configuration, and customer training, with close collaboration across internal teams and partners. You will configure setups, manage integrations, and ensure accurate payroll processes while maintaining clear timelines and stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in implementation, onboarding or customer-facing SaaS roles with SMB & Mid Market client sizes.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple customer implementations and priorities simultaneously.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and training skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn software, troubleshoot issues, and understand integrations and data flows.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a customer-first approach when managing complex implementations.

Responsibilities

• Own the customer onboarding process from handoff through go-live and initial payroll stabilization.
• Lead discovery and solution design by understanding workflows and translating requirements into Connecteam setup.
• Configure relevant Connecteam account settings and manage integrations.
• Deliver training and manage stakeholders, adapting plans to customer size and complexity.
• Troubleshoot issues across the full workflow and document decisions and next steps.
