Job summary

Connecteam is seeking an Onboarding Manager to guide new customers from partnership handoff through successful payroll launches. The role blends project management, configuration, payroll process understanding, and cross-functional training to ensure accurate and timely payroll delivery.

You will work with partner Implementation Managers and internal teams to configure data, time tracking, PTO, payroll rules, and integrations, aiming for a smooth onboarding experience while maintaining trust

Qualifications

• 2+ years in SaaS onboarding/implementation for SMB & Mid Market.
• Strong PM, multitasking, client-facing.
• Excellent communication and training skills.
• Tech-savvy with ability to learn software quickly and understand integrations.
• Ability to build trusted relationships in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with payroll integrations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the customer onboarding process from handoff to go-live and payroll stabilization.
• Lead discovery and solution design to translate customer workflows into Connecteam setup.
• Configure relevant Connecteam account settings and integrations.
• Deliver training to clients and managers on time tracking and payroll workflows.
• Coordinate across customers, partner, Sales, Support, Product, Integrations and leadership.
• Investigate issues, escalate payroll-impacting risks, and maintain documentation.
