Job summary

Connecteam is seeking an Onboarding Manager to guide new customers from partnership handoff through payroll launch. This role blends project management, system configuration, payroll-process understanding, customer training and cross-functional coordination.

Collaborate with partner Implementation Managers and Connecteam teams to ensure employee data, time tracking, PTO, payroll rules and integrations are configured and validated for a smooth onboarding and accurate payroll.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in implementation, onboarding SaaS role with SMB & Mid Market clients.
• Strong project management skills across multiple implementations.
• Excellent communication, presentation and training abilities.
• Tech-savvy with quick learning of software, integrations and data flows.
• Customer-first mindset for managing complex deployments.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with customers and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the customer onboarding process from handoff to go-live and payroll stabilization.
• Lead discovery, design and translate customer workflows into Connecteam setup.
• Configure relevant account settings and payroll integrations.
• Deliver training and manage stakeholders across customers, partner, Sales, Support, Product and Leadership.
• Troubleshoot issues, document decisions, and escalate payroll-impacting risks with clarity.
