Job summary

Connecteam is seeking an Onboarding Manager to guide new customers from initial handoff through payroll launch. This role blends project management, system configuration, payroll understanding, and customer training with cross-functional collaboration.

You will ensure accurate data, timely payroll, and a smooth onboarding experience for multiple SMB and Mid Market clients. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in SaaS onboarding, strong communication skills, and the ability to navigate complex

Qualifications

• 2+ years in implementation, onboarding or customer-facing SaaS roles for SMB/Mid Market.
• Strong PM skills to manage multiple customer deployments and priorities.
• Excellent communication and training abilities for diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Own the customer onboarding process and ensure smooth go-live.
• Build implementation plans around first clock-in, payroll cycles and training needs.
• Lead kickoff, setup, and client payroll activities.
• Coordinate with customer, partner, Sales, Support, Product and Integrations teams.
• Troubleshoot issues, document resolutions and manage risks.
