Job summary

AXA Professionals provides hybrid desk-side and remote IT support across Windows 10/11 environments and Apple devices. The role covers imaging, device deployment, security hardening, and end-user assistance. You will work with SCCM, AD, and Microsoft 365 to keep systems secure and users productive.

The ideal candidate communicates clearly, handles multiple tickets, and maintains up-to-date documentation while delivering professional customer service.

Qualifications

• 1-2+ years of corporate desk-side, field, depot, or hardware support.
• Experience supporting Windows 10 and Windows 11.
• Experience using Active Directory for basic account and user administration.
• Experience supporting Microsoft 365 applications, including Teams, Outlook, and SharePoint.
• Experience troubleshooting basic wired and wireless network connectivity issues.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person and remote hardware and software support.
• Perform workstation builds, imaging, OS and software deployment.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, OS, and network issues.
• Install, replace, and configure hardware components and peripherals.
• Troubleshoot network connectivity between workstations and the corporate network.
• Perform basic account administration, including password resets and unlocks.
• Support user onboarding and offboarding, including data transfers.
• Perform virus detection, malware remediation, and endpoint security tasks.
• Ensure devices are patched, encrypted, and protected by antivirus.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and track lifecycle of equipment.
• Update asset and equipment records in inventory systems.
• Monitor inventory levels and report low stock or faults.
