Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years corporate deskside support or equivalent experience.
• Experience with AI and IT health monitoring software to expedite resolution and enhance customer experience.
• Excellent troubleshooting capability.
• Ability to maintain composure while handling challenging, dynamic, rapid-response user support.
• Experience with Microsoft Office / Office 365 suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience with computer imaging software and data migration processes (e.g., SCCM, Intune).
• Experience with Windows 11 migrations.
• Experience with endpoint protection and encryption (BitLocker) support.
• Familiarity with using remote desktop support tools.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for projects.
• Provide Windows, software, and hardware support onsite in a corporate environment.
• Perform device imaging, configuration, and migration using approved tools and procedures, including SCCM and other deployment technologies.
• Follow and maintain PC Services build checklists.
• Deploy IT machines to end users.
• Assist with migrating users from old computers to new Windows 11 devices.
• Configure, troubleshoot, and deploy mobile devices & other audio/visual equipment.
• Inventory management of IT assets including asset auditing.
• Troubleshoot VPN and VDI connectivity.
• Software, patches and updates installation using corporate distribution tools.
• Support interdepartmental moves, office changes, and workstation relocations.
• Follow appropriate KB articles and Best Business Practices.
• Prioritize and complete work in a group and independently with minimal supervision.
• Communicate technical information to non-technical audiences.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, support workstation moves and lifecycle projects, and assist with conference room, collaboration, and remote-access initiatives.
• Smart Hands remote support for offsite resolver groups.
• Assist with conference room and audio/visual equipment.
• Other duties as assigned.
