Job summary

Crate and Barrel in Sarasota seeks a Team Leader for Design Services & Trade to drive daily operations and coach the team toward exceptional service and sales goals through CBHCC, clienteling, and design service appointments.

You will lead the design desk, partner with the Design Coordinator, and mentor staff while aligning with store KPIs to maximize design services and pipeline opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1+ years customer service or retail leadership experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Google applications, computer systems and tablet devices.
• Full-Time roles: open availability to work flexible hours on weekdays, evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead designated team and manage workload in partnership with the Assistant Store Leader.
• Coach associates on performance and maintain a strong presence in the department.
• Support development for the team to encourage professional growth.
• Provide timely feedback to associates and share observations with leadership.
• Train and develop staff on product knowledge, selling, customer service and procedures.
• Understand company systems, policies and loss prevention/safety guidelines.
• Promote sales as Leader On Duty and drive store results.
• Communicate with leadership to review results, plans, and feedback.
• Ensure gracious, quick, and efficient service for all customers.
