Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service or retail leadership experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; coachable and present on the floor.
• Familiarity with sales processes, product knowledge, and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead designated team and manage associate workload as determined with the Assistant Store Leader.
• Coach associates on performance and maintain a strong visible presence in the department.
• Support performance development for the team to encourage growth and retention.
• Provide timely feedback to associates and share observations with the Assistant Store Leader.
• Train and develop associates on product knowledge, selling, customer service, operations, and visuals.
• Follow company systems, policies, and loss prevention guidelines on the sales floor.
• Promote sales as they relate to leadership duties and being the Leader On Duty (LOD).
• Communicate with the Assistant Store Leader on results, plans, and customer feedback.
• Ensure gracious, quick, and efficient service for all customers.
