Job summary

Crate & Barrel is seeking a Team Leader for Design Services & Trade to lead daily operations, coach the team, and drive exceptional service and sales performance in-store. This role reports to the Assistant Store Leader and focuses on CBHCC, clienteling, and design service appointments to grow design services.

In this full-time position, you will manage the design desk, oversee appointment management, and partner on sales initiatives while mentoring staff and ensuring brand presentation.

Qualifications

• 1+ years customer service or retail leadership experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Google applications, computer systems and tablet devices.
• Full-Time roles require open availability for flexible hours on weekdays, evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead designated team and manage associate workload.
• Coach associates on performance and maintain a strong presence.
• Support performance and development for the designated team.
• Provide timely feedback about performance to associates.
• Train and develop associates on product knowledge, selling, customer service and procedures.
• Understand company systems, policies and loss prevention guidelines.
