Job summary

Crate and Barrel is seeking an Assistant Store Leader – Design & Trade to drive growth through leadership, client experiences, and elevated design services. You will oversee design services and trade, develop strategies, and coach a designer team to deliver exceptional outcomes.

In this role you’ll analyze KPIs, set standards, and partner with the Store Leader to align goals, ensure timely design deliverables, and uphold a premium brand experience for every client.

Qualifications

• 2+ years customer service or retail leadership experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Google applications, computer systems and tablet devices.
• Full-Time roles: Open availability to work flexible hours on weekdays, evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Manage workload and execute store plans across the store.
• Align management on goals, initiatives, and staffing with the company mission.
• Set and communicate key metrics for sales, operations, safety, HR, and training.
• Analyze reports to drive sales, productivity, and budget decisions.
• Coach and develop associates to build bench strength.
• Ensure gracious, quick, and friendly service to every client.
