Job summary

Crate & Barrel in Denver seeks a Team Leader – Design Services & Trade to drive daily design and trade operations, coach staff, and deliver exceptional customer service while achieving sales goals. You will manage the design desk, organize tools and visuals, and collaborate with the Design Coordinator on appointments and replenishment.

You will mentor associates, support trade and business sales initiatives, and act on store KPIs to maximize performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or retail leadership is required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google applications.
• Full-time availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead designated team and manage workload with the Assistant Store Leader.
• Coach associates on performance and maintain a strong presence in the department.
• Support development for the team to encourage professional growth.
• Provide timely feedback to associates and share observations with leadership.
• Partner to train on product knowledge, selling, and customer service.
• Ensure understanding of company policies and procedures, including loss prevention.
