Job summary

• Coach associates to maintain strong performance and visible presence on the floor.
• Support performance development and training on product knowledge, selling, and policy adherence.
• Ensure fast, gracious service and drive sales through design services and trade initiatives.
• Communicate regularly with leadership to review results and customer feedback.
