Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years customer service or retail leadership experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Applications.
• Open availability to work flexible hours on weekdays, evenings and weekends

Responsibilities

• Manage workload and execute plans across the store and assigned area.
• Align management on store goals and communicate metrics (sales, operations, HR, scheduling).
• Analyze daily/weekly/monthly reports and communicate insights affecting sales and budget.
• Promote sales and act as Leader on Duty (LOD).
• Coach and develop associates to build bench strength and growth.
• Ensure gracious, quick, high-quality service and maintain Crate & Barrel brand standards in client interactions.
• Collaborate with team to deliver elevated client experiences and strong teamwork.
