• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• 2+ years customer service or retail leadership experience.
• Full-Time roles: Open availability to work flexible hours on weekdays, evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• In collaboration with the Store Leader, manage workload and ensure execution of plans and strategies across the store.
• Align with management on store goals, mission, and initiatives to all associates.
• Establish and communicate critical metrics and expectations within the store (sales, operations, payroll, training).
• Analyze reporting daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly to support sales and budget goals.
• Promote sales as Leader on Duty (LOD) and ensure excellent customer service.
• Communicate with management on customer feedback, traffic, and training.
• Foster teamwork and coach performance for growth across store staff.
