Job summary

Crate & Barrel is seeking an Assistant Store Leader – Design & Trade who will drive growth through strong leadership, exceptional client experiences, and elevated design services. You’ll oversee design services and trade, hire and coach a designer team, develop clienteling initiatives, and analyze KPIs to boost sales, service levels, and brand consistency.

Qualifications

2+ years customer service or retail leadership experience.
Experience with Microsoft Office, Google applications, computer systems and tablet devices.
Full-Time roles: Open availability to work flexible hours on weekdays, evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

Manage workload and execute plans across the store.
Align with management on store goals and initiatives for all associates.
Establish and communicate key metrics and expectations (sales, visual, operations, HR, payroll).
Analyze reporting to inform area, region, or national leadership.
Promote sales and customer experience as Leader on Duty (LOD).
Communicate with management on sales, customer feedback, and training.
Foster teamwork and a safety-conscious work environment.
Coach and develop associates to grow professionally.
Ensure gracious, quick, and efficient service to customers.
Other duties as assigned.
