Job summary

Crate & Barrel is seeking an Assistant Store Leader – Design & Trade to drive growth through design services, clienteling, and sales leadership. You will oversee design services, hire/train a designer team, and develop strategies to enhance client experiences.

You’ll analyze KPIs, manage workload with the Store Leader, align goals with the leadership team, and coach staff to deliver exceptional service and brand standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years customer service or retail leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage and delegate workload and ensure execution of plans and strategies across the store and in assigned area.
• Align with the management team on store business goals and initiatives for all store associates.
• Establish and communicate critical metrics and expectations across the store (sales, visual, operations, safety, loss prevention, HR, payroll/scheduling, training).
• Analyze reporting daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly and prepare information affecting sales, productivity, and budget.
