Job summary

Stellantis is seeking a Design Systems Engineer to join the Chief Engineering team, leading system interfaces and integration for transmission and driveline platforms. You will coordinate design reviews, manage BOM complexities, and drive robust design controls through DFMEA/DRBFM processes.

You will collaborate with global teams, coordinate prototype builds, and support cost reduction and value optimization efforts across PRC, DVC, and ACE.

Qualifications

• Experience leading cross-functional and global teams.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Understanding of automotive design processes and toolchains.

Responsibilities

• Own integration and system balancing of transmission/driveline components.
• Coordinate design reviews and ensure DVP/Scorecard alignment before prototype orders.
• Lead DFMEA/DRBFM reviews and change control processes.
• Manage BOM complexity charts for axle and driveline assemblies.
• Coordinate builds with ACE and manage Build Readiness Team for prototypes.
• Support cost reduction and value optimization initiatives with PRC/DVC/VO teams.
