Stellantis is seeking a Senior Design Systems Engineer to own system architecture and integration across axle, driveline, transfer case, gear reducer, and 4WD systems. You will bridge Chief Engineering, PRC, DVC, manufacturing, suppliers, and validation to ensure cohesive interfaces and robust system performance throughout product development.

You will drive packaging leadership, interface control, and DV&V planning, while guiding risk management, design reviews, and cost-effective

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years in Automotive Engineering and/or Geared Systems preferred.
• Strong systems engineering and interface management experience.

Responsabilités

• Own system architecture, integration, and balancing of axle, driveline, transfer case, gear reducer, and 4WD software.
• Lead interface definitions, packaging validation, and tolerance stack-ups across subsystems.
• Coordinate virtual development, CAE reviews, and validation planning.
• Drive DFMEA/DRBFM activities and ensure design release readiness.
• Provide cross-functional leadership and manage supplier interfaces.
