Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer follow-up skills.
• Ability to coordinate complex large orders across sales channels.
• Experience in design preferred.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask.
• 1-2 years of customer service and retail sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients in store and in-home consultations to drive store sales.
• Measure and assess living spaces for accurate design.
• Create and present design plans based on client needs and space.
• Maintain knowledge of sales and promotions to hit goals.
• Assist with gift wrap, registry, orders, and deliveries.
• Demonstrate product knowledge across the design studio assortment.
