Williams-Sonoma, Inc. is seeking a Design Studio Specialist to inspire customers and close sales at the cash wrap while promoting ongoing brand engagement.

You will leverage design expertise in one-on-one consultations in-store and in-home to craft personalized living space solutions. The role focuses on delivering World-class service, staying informed about promotions, and supporting customers with various services, including gift options and registry.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of customer service and retail sales experience
• Experience in design or styling preferred
• Ability to measure and assess living spaces

Responsibilities

• Assist clients in store and in-home consultations to drive store sales
• Measure and assess client's living space
• Create and present design plans based on client's needs
• Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions to achieve goals
• Assist customers with services including gift wrap, registry, catalog/internet orders, special orders, back orders, and furniture deliveries
• Demonstrate product knowledge of the design studio assortment
