Job summary

Williams-Sonoma, Inc. is seeking a Design Studio Specialist to inspire customers through in-store and in-home consultations, guiding design choices to close sales and engage clients with the brand.

You will promote ongoing customer engagement and deliver exceptional service at the cash wrap and across channels. Qualifications

• Strong communication, clienteling and customer follow-up skills.
• Ability to complete and coordinate complex large orders in a retail environment.
• Experience in working with elements of design is preferred.
• Proven ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• 1-2 years of customer service and retail sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients in one-on-one consultations in-store and in-home to drive store sales.
• Measure and assess the client's living space during in-home consultations.
• Create and present design plans based on client needs, style, and space.
• Maintain knowledge of current promotions to achieve and exceed sales goals.
• Provide services including gift wrap, gift registry, catalog/internet orders, special orders, back orders, charge sends, courier deliveries, and furniture orders.
• Demonstrate superior product knowledge across the design studio assortment.
