Job summary

Williams-Sonoma, Inc. is seeking a Design Studio Specialist to inspire customers to express themselves in their home and to help complete sales at the cash wrap. You will promote continued engagement with the Brand, including gift services and registry, while delivering exceptional World class service.

The role emphasizes design expertise, one-on-one consultations, and in-home visits to design living spaces and drive store sales in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of customer service and retail sales experience.
• Strong communication and clienteling skills.
• Ability to coordinate complex large orders across sales channels.
• Experience with design elements preferred.
• Specialty retail experience not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients in one-on-one consultations in-store and in-home to drive store sales.
• Perform productive in-home consultations including measuring and assessing living space.
• Create and present design plans based on client needs and space.
• Maintain knowledge of promotions to achieve/exceed sales goals.
• Assist customers with services including gift wrap, registry, orders, and furniture orders.
