Job summary

Williams-Sonoma, Inc. in-store Design Studio is seeking a Specialist who inspires customers to express themselves at home.

You will complete sales at the cash wrap, present design plans, and promote ongoing engagement with the Brand through exceptional service and deep product knowledge. You will consult clients one-on-one, measure spaces, create tailored design plans, and stay informed about current promotions.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, clienteling and customer follow-up skills.
• Ability to complete and coordinate complex large orders within various sales channels.
• Experience in design preferred.
• 1-2 years of customer service and retail sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients in one-on-one consultations in-store and in-home to drive store sales.
• Perform in-home consultations with space measurement and assessment.
• Create and present design plans based on client needs and space.
• Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions to meet sales goals.
• Assist customers with services including gift wrap, registry, orders, and furniture orders.
• Demonstrate product knowledge of the design studio assortment.
