Job summary

Williams-Sonoma, Inc. is seeking a Design Studio Specialist to inspire customers and close sales at the cash wrap. You will conduct one-on-one consultations in-store and in-home, create design plans, and promote continued engagement with the brand.

Responsibilities include presenting design solutions, staying informed on promotions, and delivering world-class service across the design studio assortment. Prior retail experience is valued.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of customer service and retail sales experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to assist clients with design choices and product recommendations.
• Flexibility to work a retail schedule including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients in-store and in-home to design living spaces and drive sales.
• Conduct in-home consultations with accurate space measurements.
• Create and present design plans based on client needs and preferences.
• Maintain knowledge of promotions to achieve sales goals.
• Provide exemplary service including gift wrap, registry, catalog/internet orders, and special orders.
• Demonstrate product knowledge across the design studio assortment.
