Job summary

Williams-Sonoma, Inc. is seeking a Design Studio Specialist to assist clients with one-on-one design consultations in-store and in-home, driving sales and enhancing the shopping experience.

You will create design plans, measure spaces, and promote current promotions while delivering World class service. The role requires strong communication and retail experience, ability to manage multiple tasks, and a willingness to provide expert product knowledge across the design studio assortment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of customer service and retail sales experience.
• Strong communication and follow-up skills.
• Experience with design concepts preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients in one-on-one consultations in-store and in-home to design living spaces and drive store sales.
• Conduct in-home consultations including measuring and assessing living spaces.
• Create and present design plans based on client needs and space.
• Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions to meet goals.
• Support services including gift wrap, gift registry, catalog/internet orders, special orders, back orders, charges, courier deliveries, and furniture orders.
• Demonstrate product knowledge of the design studio assortment.
