Job summary

Williams-Sonoma, Inc. seeks a Design Studio Specialist to inspire customers and close sales at the cash wrap. You will conduct one-on-one consultations in-store and in-home to design living spaces, presenting plans tailored to client needs and style.

You will deliver world-class service, stay current on promotions, and support gift services, registry, and special orders while promoting ongoing engagement with the Brand.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, clienteling and follow-up skills.
• Ability to coordinate complex large orders across sales channels.
• Experience with design elements preferred.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask.
• 1–2 years of customer service and retail sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients in one-on-one in-store and in-home design consultations to drive store sales.
• Measure and assess client living spaces for accurate design plans.
• Create and present design plans based on client needs and style.
• Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions to meet goals.
• Support services including gift wrap, registry, catalogs, special orders, and furniture orders.
• Demonstrate product knowledge across the design studio assortment.
