Job summary

Williams-Sonoma, Inc. in San Francisco seeks a Design Studio Specialist to inspire customers to express themselves at home. You will guide one-on-one consultations in-store and in-home, drive store sales, and present tailored design plans for clients' spaces.

Maintain knowledge of current promotions, provide world-class service, and assist with gift wrap, registry, and special orders. This full-time role requires open weekend availability.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and clienteling skills
• Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and follow up with customers
• 1-2 years of customer service and retail sales experience (specialty retail preferred)

Responsibilities

• Assist clients in one-on-one consultations in-store and in-home to drive store sales
• Conduct in-home consultations with space measurement and assessment
• Create and present design plans based on client needs and space
• Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions to achieve sales goals
• Assist customers with services including gift wrap, registry, orders, and special requests
• Demonstrate product knowledge of the design studio assortment
