Job summary

Williams-Sonoma, Inc. is seeking a Design Studio Specialist in Fort Lauderdale to inspire customers and close sales at the cash wrap. You will lead in-store and in-home design consultations, presenting plans that fit clients' spaces and style while staying current with promotions.

Responsibilities include engaging customers, creating design plans, and applying exceptional service standards across multiple sales channels. This full-time role supports growth and brand engagement.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, clienteling and customer follow-up skills.
• Experience coordinating complex large orders across multiple sales channels.
• Experience in design preferred.
• Proven ability to multitask and manage priorities.
• 1-2 years of customer service and retail sales experience. (specialty retail preferred, but not required)

Responsibilities

• Assist clients in one-on-one consultations in the store and in-home to drive store sales.
• Conduct productive in-home consultations including measuring and space assessment.
• Create and present design plans based on client needs and space.
• Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions to achieve sales and productivity goals.
• Provide World class service, including gift wrap, registry, orders, and deliveries.
• Demonstrate product knowledge of the design studio assortment.
