Job summary

Williams‑Sonoma, Inc. is seeking a Design Studio Specialist to inspire customers and close sales at the cash wrap. You will consult with clients in-store and in-home to design living spaces, create and present design plans, and drive store sales while delivering world-class service.

You will promote continued engagement with our Brand and ensure knowledge of current promotions and product features. You will manage multiple tasks, coordinate complex orders across channels, and support services

Qualifications

• Strong communication, clienteling and customer follow-up skills.
• Ability to coordinate complex large orders across sales channels.
• Experience in design elements preferred.
• Proven ability to multitask and meet productivity goals.
• 1-2 years of customer service and retail sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients in one-on-one consultations in-store and in-home to design living spaces.
• Measure and assess client spaces for accurate design plans.
• Create and present design plans based on client needs and space.
• Stay informed on current sales and promotions to meet goals.
• Support services including gift wrap, registry, catalog orders, and furniture orders.
• Demonstrate product knowledge across the design studio assortment.
