Job summary

Williams-Sonoma, Inc. seeks a Design Studio Specialist to inspire customers, close sales at the cash wrap, and promote ongoing engagement with our brand. You will leverage design expertise, present plans, and provide seamless service that elevates the shopping experience and builds lasting relationships with clients.

You will assist with one-on-one consultations, stay informed on promotions, and coordinate complex orders across channels, while delivering world-class service and design insight.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and clienteling skills.
• Ability to coordinate complex orders across channels.
• Experience with design concepts is a plus.
• 1-2 years in customer service or retail sales.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients in one-on-one consultations in-store and in-home to drive store sales.
• Conduct in-home consultations with accurate space measurements.
• Create and present design plans based on client needs and space.
• Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions to meet goals.
• Provide services such as gift wrap, gift registry, catalog/internet orders, and furniture orders.
• Demonstrate product knowledge of the design studio assortment.
