Williams-Sonoma, Inc. is seeking a Design Studio Specialist to inspire customers and close sales at the cash wrap. You will consult in-store and in-home, create personalized design plans, and promote ongoing engagement with our brand.

You will master product knowledge across the design studio lineup and coordinate complex orders while delivering exemplary service and supporting promotions. This role is full-time with flexible weekend availability.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of customer service and retail sales experience.
• Strong communication and follow-up with customers.
• Ability to coordinate complex large orders across channels.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients in-store and in-home to design living spaces and drive sales.
• Measure spaces and create design plans based on client needs and style.
• Present design concepts and stay updated on promotions and products.
• Provide world-class service for gift wrap, registry, orders, and deliveries.
• Demonstrate product knowledge across the design studio assortment.
