Job summary

Horrocks, a Design-Build engineering firm, seeks a MOT Lead/Manager to join its Innovative Pursuits Team in Spokane, WA. Lead MOT/traffic control design for infrastructure projects, coordinate with discipline leads, and work with contractor partners to develop schemes during pursuits and final plans.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in MOT/traffic control and 3+ years in DOT DB or PDB, strong leadership and client skills, and a PE license (preferred).

Qualifications

• 10+ years of leading MOT/traffic control designs for infrastructure projects.
• 3+ years of DOT DB or PDB experience.
• Must be able to lead a team and maintain positive client relationships.
• Strong communication and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead MOT engineering teams for transportation projects and pursuits.
• Coordinate with discipline leads and act as an integral project team member.
• Develop MOT schemes with contractor partners during pursuits and final plans.
• Ensure timely delivery and meet project deadlines.
• Communicate effectively with clients, staff, and management.
